Healthy Vibes is a locally-owned Health Spa located in the heart of Val Caron, ON. Since 2020, we have proudly served Northern Ontario as a forward-thinking alternative to traditional health and fitness. Our goal is to bring you the best possible spa experience... all without leaving the Valley!


We have 4 stations that will enhance and advance your long-term health and wellbeing. Far Infrared Saunas, Whole-Body Vibration Machines, top-of-the-line Massage Chairs + Foot Massagers, and revitalizing Himalayan Salt Domes. Our Founder’s Story

My name is Shari Levesque, and I am the owner/operator of Healthy Vibes. My holistic journey began a few years ago when I was diagnosed with diabetes and struggled to get my blood sugar under control. At the time, I felt I had tried just about everything I could and was open to any new ideas that could help me. Ultimately, someone introduced me to Chaga tea, and I said, "Hey, why not." Little did I know the power this mushroom had. Drinking Chaga each morning swiftly stabilized my blood sugar to the point that my family physician was blown away. From that moment on, I knew there was no going back. Holistic health changed my life, and now my passion is to help other people change theirs too.
